Policies
Static banner only; no Flash or Rich Media allowed.
Allows for time of day messaging in three distinct time slots: 7am - 10am, 11am - 2pm, 4pm - 7pm.
Advertisers can rotate up to 4 pieces of creative.
The creative must feature a 1 pixel border.
Ads may not resemble or alter Yahoo! Homepage content at anytime (i.e. resembling Yahoo! buttons).
No audio allowed
No animation, streaming or interactivity allowed
Loud, clashing colors, poor resolution images and fonts are not allowed.
Creative must contain logos/branding that is larger than 14% of the ad size.
No third-party ad serving allowed.
One 1x1 third-party tracking pixel is allowed. Vendors must be approved for Homepage roadblocks - contact Homepage event marketing team for details.
One redirect url per creative allowed. Third-Party vendor click tracking is allowed.
Ad must redirect to a landing page, not start an automatic download.
No pop-ups or pop-unders on the destination landing page allowed.
The offer in the creative must be present on the landing page, above the fold.
All creative is subject to Yahoo! approval.
